It is intended for use by users who have a public utility function and are from families that have an income of less than three times the minimum salary for a worker.
It is also intended for use by the public and the private sectors and the general population.
The application provides users with information and helps them to know if they are already registered and eligible to receive certain government benefits, such as emergency aid, family allowance, among others.
